Dog of the week Rita!!! Rita has had such a hard time trusting people. But she has been doing so much better and really working on trusting! Rita really took to Tiffany and she got a bath, a hair cut, her nails clipped (very scary to poor Rita) and a dye job. We were all over the moon for how great she did! Can’t wait to see how far this crazy girl will go!

Please understand how much it really does effect us when you do not give a 48 hour notice before canceling/rescheduling. My salon is actually pretty busy. I can be booked out sometimes 3+ months. When you don’t show up I turned down probably 30 other clients who requested that same time of day. Now that you didn’t show or canceled the day before or the day of I have no time to get someone else in and now the shop is shorted and so are my employees.

"Apparently, these no-shows have no concept that they have not only cost the salon three hours of productivity but also denied service to many walk-ins."

This is what I mean by becoming apart of our family. Every time this girl and her sister come in and my son is with me this is what they do! They just love each other 🐩💕

They look so scary but siblings playing waiting on mom and dad after having a spa day!

For this baby’s first time being groomed he did a fantastic job. He’s only 9 months old to! Can we give Charlie a heart emoji and let him and his parents know how wonderful he did!
