We have a few grooming appointments open for tomorrow! 😱 A family of dogs had to cancel, so we now have some spots available. (Unfortunately, several clients have been impacted by COVID recently) If your pup needs a grooming before the weekend, send us a message or call/text the shop! Small/Medium size dogs, the big cages are full🙃

Cute makeover on an adorable Shih Tzu today. First time "professional groom". He took a while, because I had to prove to him that my equipment wasn't gonna eat him 🙃..... "Stranger Danger". Trixie checked on him a lot today. He was so easy to finish at the end of the day. Meet Miyagi💙🩵.

“Grinch feet” or “furry slippers”, neaten them up! Slippery/smooth surfaces can be tough on our furry companions, particularly the elderly ones. It can cause injury to the young and old. Even short-haired breeds can develop excessive fur between their paw pads, posing challenges for traction. To address this issue, we routinely clip out this excess fur on all our pet clients, including those who only come in for baths. Here is several before and afters. 🐾🐾

We adore Golden Retrievers and Labs, cherished for their playful, obedient, and affectionate nature. One notable distinction lies in their approach to learning: Goldens tend to overanalyze, finding their own method for tasks, while Labs dive right in. Nonetheless, both breeds are exceptional! We love them 💕

💢2024💢 I have been diligently working on this feral pup. In January, unanticipated visitors appeared near the Bunkerhill area. Our cameras captured footage of a blonde/apricot doodle. Coincidentally, two other individuals were trapped a few miles away, with one elusive male managing to escape. This darker red, matted, and hungry boy has now found its way back onto our farm this past month. We've made eye contact twice; unfortunately, he flees upon seeing me. Therefore, my strategy is simply to provide food while monitoring via cameras or from inside the farmhouse. I can’t believe the bobcats and coyotes haven’t gotten him. He is small. Today, I installed a new feeder in hopes that it may entice him closer for observation and potential trap setting.... My persistent efforts regarding strays at the Bunkerhill farm are driving my husband insane.🤣😂. I am trying to catch a pregnant or FAT cat , a Tom cat and a scrawny calico cat there too! OMG and the Armadillos there 🤦🏼‍♀️. The babies are cute! Videos in comments!

West Highland Terriers, known affectionately as Westies, are cherished for their independence and intelligence. This breed maintains a strong drive for hunting small prey. In my experience, the females have exhibited tomboyish traits, while some of the males have earned the endearing nickname "pigpen." 🤣😂🤍🐾
