It’s been brought to our attention that there’s a new house call groomer with a name very similar to ours. We want to clear the air & let everyone know that we do not offer mobile grooming or house calls for grooming or nail trimming. We’re located at 546 Enfield Street here in Enfield. It appears that mobile groomer does not have a phone number and does their business through Facebook only, so if you’re dialing the phone, you’re calling us, not them. (Which is fine! You’ll just have to drive to us - we can’t come to you 😉)
We only address this because we’ve had an influx of phone calls from confused customers. We sincerely apologize for this confusion but please understand that we are 2 separate entities, we don’t know the owner of this business & we have no control over what others choose to name their businesses, confusing as it may be.

Sorry folks… it’s true. Milo here had to wait 3 weeks for his appointment and we’re now booked out about a month. But we’ve been told we’re worth the wait, and we always strive to achieve that standard.
We recommend rebooking your next appointment at pickup to help US help YOU get your pet taken care of on time!

P.S. Milo is THE MOST handsome & sweet mean faced kitty in town 😻

Dear Claws and Paws family,
Of all the struggles I have overcome in the past few years, this is by far, the most heartbreaking and devastating. My Dad was put on hospice in June after a 17 year battle with Parkinson. My amazing Mom promised him he would stay at home till the end. As a family, we came together and helped her keep that promise. My Dad passed on Saturday, in the comfort of his own home, surrounded with love. I will be taking this week off to be with my family as we try to navigate this difficult time. I will reach out to everyone to reschedule as soon as possible. Please be patient with me, I'm feeling a little lost at the moment. He wasn't just my Dad, he was my best friend, my biggest supporter, my hero. 💔

The perfect ending to a wild week with this sweet little love, Morticia.

I’d like to sincerely thank everyone for their patience with me this week. I was a one man show trying to keep the shop running smoothly while Jenn was tending to her family. Whether you called, stopped in, we played phone tag, I had your pet a little longer than usual, or you caught me singing to the dogs & pretended not to notice 🫣 - you were all SO kind & patient with me. I can’t tell you all how much it means. It made a tough situation much easier & I know Jenn appreciates it too.
We really do have the best customers/family.
