Everyone meet Shiloh, she is a filly paint Tennessee Walker 6 years old with a lot of issues. Everyone thinks neglect is skinny or malnourished which indeed it is but it’s not always the case. I went with a friend to look at this horse for his daughter come to find out that “Fancy” here is beyond skiddish, unridable and I was informed that they could go get a shovel to calm her down..... yes a shovel... my mouth dropped. To make long story short I brought her here with me. She’s in decent body condition other then wormy but no doubt she’s been beating. She lifts for her hooves, takes bit and bridle, and stands to be saddled. At one time I believe she was able to be rode. She’s just broken from the inside and it’s going to take a lot to get her to overcome her past.
