Today we celebrated 42 years in business (47 grooming). I opened the door for business on June 21st, 1981. Today was also my last day of grooming.
It was a good run.
I would like to thank EVERYONE for the support and kindness you have shown me throughout the years and for letting me get to know your fur families.
I chose the most rewarding profession for my life and will miss it greatly but my body is telling me I have to stop.
Feel free to call me with any grooming questions you have.
I also want to thank everyone for their generous tips and retirement gifts these last few months. It means a lot to me.

It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my retirement. June 21st will be my last day as that will mark exactly 42 years in business. I will keep this phone number and continue as a Grooming Consultant. Feel free to call with questions and grooming tips.
I will have a groomer or two that I feel I can refer you to when you call.
The main reason I have to retire is my health. It is getting too difficult to groom.
47 years (5 before opening) is long enough. There are a few of my fragile clients that I will come to your home to groom. I already let most of them know but just give me a call if I missed you

I am so lucky that I chose my life's work in such a rewarding occupation. I still love it and would like to thank EVERYONE for their support throughout all these years! I will miss all my furry friends greatly.

Shadow is still a puppy. Grooming him is a challenge when he tries every maneuver he can think of, lol. Sc******ng his front legs while he was on his back was tricky. At least he would stand up so I could do his back legs when his mom showed up. Love this dog!
