We are aware some customers are having connection issues with our Bluetooth App on IOS Version 16.4.1. Our software developers are aware of the connection issues, and we are working on a new version of the App and are on the home stretch. We expect the new app to be finished and submitted to Apple for review by the end of the week. Stay tuned to this page; we will announce the minute the new version launches. Sorry for all the connection issues, apple sprung this one on us, and we were unaware.

We have been made aware of a Bug with the New Apple IOS 16.4.1, causing a connection issue with our Bluetooth LOOP App. Our developers are working on a fix. We will notify you when we have a new version of the Bluetooth Loop App posted on the App Store. If your lights were set up prior to the new IOS update, your lights will continue to function as programmed. Some customers are experiencing problems attempting to connect and update settings with the New IOS 16.4.1.
