Tack lockers still need bridle hooks installed but check out this space. Featuring 2 saddle racks per locker! Keep your equipment safe with locking hasps on every locker. Plus some open upper storage above each one!

All 4 pairs of arena doors are burned with our logo and stained! We love how they turned out!
One tackroom's tack lockers are almost finished and two more has the lockers framed up and will get doors tomorrow.
Also half of the arena is stained pictures of that to come.

Hello everyone! It's been a little bit since I have posted an update on what we've been busy with.
We passed our final electrical inspection 🥳
Our first 4 tack lockers are put together (I will post an updated picture of the finished lockers once the racks, hangers and hasps are installed.
We are really excited to offer our clients their own, spacious locking tack lockers in one of our 4 insulated tack rooms.😊 I can't wait to share the finished look.
Posts might be less frequent in the upcoming weeks as we continue the tremendous and repetitive task of staining wood.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to pop on here and say I hope everyone is staying warm and dry!
I also wanted to give a little information to everyone. I have gotten the question from many people wondering "How much turn out time will my horse be getting if boarded at Crow Hop?" The answer is as much as possible!
Most months out of the year our turn outs will be suitable for 7 day a week turn out. That being said winters in the PNW are obviously WET and can have some unpredictability, a day like today would be one of the days where horses would stay in. On these days they will still have access to their personal 12x24 run, but as you can see from the pictures below we occasionally get some temporary "lake front" views and we won't turn horses out into standing water.
I also want to thank you all for following our progress of the barn build, liking and sharing our page! You all have been great! Shoot me a PM with any questions!

Number 26, the last stall door is finally hung! Just needs a coat of stain! 🥳 also dry wall is up.

Insulation going into the office, tack rooms, feed room and 🚽. Do t worry the tack rooms will be brighter, only 1 light is hooked up for right now. Electricians still have some finishing touches to do.
Oh and only 2 more stall doors to go and we will have every stall door built!

Hope you all have had a great weekend! And for those that watch happy Super Bowl Sunday! 🏈
We have some progress to share!
•Electricians made a lot of progress and should be finishing up this coming week.
•Both Crows Nest viewing areas are finished. Other then some burning and staining.
•We will be building doors in the arena side so arena equipment (cones, poles, mounting blocks etc.) can be stored and accessed underneath.
•More arena walls are going up.
•Tracks for the large interior doors for the sawdust and hay areas are hung.
•We built a safety grate for the window between the office and aisle.

Thank you all for following our progress! We know some of you are excited to come see the new facility in person and we are excited to meet you!

Hello everyone! We had a very busy day and a busy week ahead!

•The electricians out to begin all the power and lighting.
•The 1st of the 2 Crows Nest viewing areas is almost complete and the 2nd is well on its way.
•The rubber matting down the asiles is in and looks great!
•All of the exterior stall doors are built. And are being hung.
•Many of the interior walls for the hay sawdust and such are going up.
•Another interior stall door is built and ready to hang.

We got our manure bunk in and have started matting the main traffic area of the aisles. Can't wait to see how they look all cleaned up!

The next few stall fronts are going up as well as the shavings bunk and hay area. The 1st exterior door is mocked up and hung. Oh and the exterior siding on the office is finished!

I apologize for the lack of updates. The Ice storm has kept us busy. Since the stalls aren't quite horse ready we had to bring our personal horses into the arena. They aren't loving being cooped up but I'm sure they appreciate being warm and dry.
We made it through the Ice but we'll see how we hold up during the flooding phase as all of this melts. Hope everyone has stayed safe.

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
I'm recoving from some kind of bug so I'm a little behind on burning but we still have some great barn progress.
Office framed in, double stalls at the end have interior walls, feed/storage room and 3rd tack room framed in with doors made.

13 stall fronts and doors done and hung! We have finally turned the corner and are gearing up to start working our way down the next side! We're excited and love how it's looking!

Burned and stained yesterday.

The 2nd tack room has also been framed in and moisture barrier installed.
