Today is 10 years in business! ❤️🐶💈

I figured I would take this opportunity to introduce myself to new faces as I make my way to Jacksonville, Florida 🌴☀️

My name is Taylor, I am 32 and born/raised in Fairbanks, Alaska! I started my first grooming job at 17 years old and launched my own mobile grooming business at 22. I am canine CPR and First Aid certified through PetTech. I have a particular love for grooming senior pets ❤️ I have two seniors of my own, Pippin and Fuji the Australian Shepherds! I aim to provide a personable, professional grooming experience. I prioritize continuing education and staying up to date with the latest and greatest products + equipment.

I am relocating to the Jax Beach area with my partner and our 3 dogs. I will sure miss the dogs I've groomed for the last 10+ years in Alaska, but I'm super excited to meet new faces in Florida!

I expect to be there the 2nd week in May and will be taking new clients shortly after. Please follow this page for updates as I get started!

🚨 There is no easy way for me to announce that my next chapter in life is taking me out of Alaska. The week of April 22nd will be my last week grooming.

After 10 years of serving Fairbanks and North Pole, I have developed so many bonds with dogs and clients alike, with a handful of you being clients before I even started Doggoneit! I will miss the connections I have made here terribly, but I am excited for new opportunities and growth. I hope to stay in touch as the dogs I groom are quite special to me 🩶

I will be connecting with each scheduled client individually in the coming weeks as we reach our final appointment, but please do reach out with any questions you may have. I am thankful to be able to leave my beloved clients in the hands of groomers I trust, and I will give each of you a personal referral based on your pet's needs.

Every two years, for the last six years, I take a hands on, 5 hour course on Pet First Aid and CPR with up to date techniques recommended by the AVMA.

Your pet and their safety in my care is my number one concern and I am honored to take the time to reflect that by receiving my certification and keeping it up to date 🏥🐾

I'm in hot and sunny Las Vegas this week for my annual tradeshow Superzoo! 🥳🎰✂️🐩

Today I have my Pet First Aid and CPR renewal course and I'll be finishing up shopping for grooming goodies to bring back with me!

I'll post pictures and videos when I get home, but in the meantime I am seeing all things animal, eating great food and connecting with amazing people in my industry 🥰

💵 Price Increases:
It has been over two years since my last increase across the board, and this will be implemented by April 1st. Most dogs will go up $5-$10 from current groom price, I will connect with you if your increase is more than that. Small dog haircuts will now start at $105. Small, shorthair baths will start at $95.

✂️ Haircut lengths:
Effective immediately for dogs on my schedule over 25lbs I will no longer be offering haircuts longer than a 5/8" attachment comb (leaves about an inch of hair after clipping) - My hands can no longer handle the extra load of maintaining long clip coats.

📍 North Pole Service:
I am no longer taking new dogs in the North Pole area. I am excited to refer new NP dogs to our other mobile, Angie with Salty Dog’s Groomery On The Go

🐾 Nail trim only visits:
I am no longer offering nails a carte to new clients. All new inquiries for nails only will be referred to Happy Paws - In-home pet nail trims
