It’s Taco, your favorite little chihuahua, reporting for duty! 🌮 While I’ve been keeping the laundry in check here at the shelter, I realized something… we’re running low on some pretty important stuff! 🧺 Can you imagine the chaos if I hadn’t noticed? No clean towels, empty bowls—oh, the horror! 😱 But don’t worry, I’ve got it all under control. 😎

Hi there! I'm Apricot, a friendly girl with a big heart and an even bigger love for my people. I'll follow you around the house to make sure I don't miss out on any of the fun. Playing outside is my absolute favorite, especially when there's a ball involved - I could fetch all day! Squeaker toys are another one of my loves; they just make playtime even better. 😃🐾

I get so excited to see you that I might jump up, but I'm working on my manners. I'm still learning! Sometimes, I whine a little when you leave, but I promise I settle down and kennel well at night. At just 3 years old, I’ve got lots of playful energy to share. I might be a little shy when we first meet, but once I warm up, you’ll see just how outgoing and fun-loving I can be. Hi there! My name is Daryl, and I'm a wonderful senior cat always looking for a lap to curl up in. I've got a really soft purr that will run all day long if you're around. Gentle headbutts are kinda my way of reminding you that I need all the attention you can give! I'm fairly talkative and I'm ready to greet you by the door most days. One of my favorite hobbies is looking out of all the windows I have access to. There is nothing better than an open patio door with a screen! And even at 10 years old, I could go for the occasional zoomies, laser pointer run, strings, or wand toy! 😺

A couple rare things about me: I'm totally indifferent about houseplants (believe me, my foster mom only has like a hundred of them). I'm also incredibly smart and seemed to pick up on the rules of the house in only a few days. I now sit politely at the dinner table too! I'm obsessed with where my people are at and like to be within eyesight most of the time. If you’re looking for a sweet senior fella with a whole lot of love to give, I could be the guy for you! 😍🐾

Milton’s back!

Milton has been released from the e-vet and has successfully beat parvo! 🎉 Thank you to everyone who donated towards his care, and made saving his life possible. He went from a sad, sick, wet puppy on Monday morning to a happy, tail-wagging puppy on Friday afternoon thanks to support from you! He will be staying in our isolation ward until he’s no longer contagious, and then moved into a foster home, and then we’ll be able to get him neutered and placed up for adoption! Stay tuned for that! Thank you again, and yay Milton! Things are only going to get better from here! ❤️
