Fursique is a unique grooming experience, because we do things a little different here. We never use a cookie cutter approach to dealing with animals since everyone is an individual with individual needs. From how we talk to or approach a pet to what products are best for them, everything is personalized. For example, we hand mix a special batch of shampoo and conditioner specific for your pets ne

eds every bath. I'm talking about PH balancing, mineral packed Iv San Bernard products. This brand is pretty fancy with their argan oil blend and pek masks, but whats more important is they are so good for the pets. From helping to heal bacterial and fungal infections to regrowing hair we have the very best products. We also condition every dog regardless of hair length or price, because it's very important for their health. Something else we do a little different, we keep our tools and salon really really clean. Some groomers unfortunately do not clean their tools....ever, and some not as often as they should. We thoroughly clean and disinfect everything between each pet. I've been told that my cleaning regimen is a little excessive, and frankly I don't care. I have the piece of mind that everything is definitely clean. Cleanliness is very important to us, as well as all of your pets needs. Our staff participates in regular continuing ed to make sure we are always learning and growing to be better everyday. Hi guys, it's me,Joey!

Did you know every bath at Fursique includes a PEK conditioning treatment? Today I learned that PEK Conditioner contains collagen, provides elasticity to the coat, and nutralizes the negative charges on hair. How cool is that?!? I got my regular grooming today too, and I think Ginger did a fabulous job. My dad will be so happy!

Murphy has been coming to us for a couple years. He has had a hard time with the grooming process since he had bad experiences at past groomers. Not only did working with Jenna and Em allow for him to be able to tolerate the grooming—but they have been able to better understand what part of the groom makes him upset. Using this information, we have been able to identify his triggers and make it a more enjoyable experience for Murph. Sometimes all you need is someone who understands you!

It’s Wisker Wednesday!

Cherry stopped by for her lion cut, but she was a little reluctant to come out of her carrier at first!
At home a lot of cats dislike to go into the carrier and pet parents will joke and say “good luck getting them back in”, but the carrier is their safe space, the place they feel most comfortable and most of the time your kitty will want to go right back in after their grooming!
