Banjo is the coolest boy around! He is a 4 year old Brabant quarter horse cross gelding! He stands an impressive 17.1hh. After meeting him you will notice he’s got more personality than most people, he may even leave you wondering if he’s part human! He has a beautiful bay roan coloring with a long mane and tail. He’s a well built gelding with great conformation, and solid hooves. He was born an raised in MO where he was started in natural horsemanship and liberty training methods. He will even lay down on command. Banjo is the very definition of what you would look for in a bombproof horse. He has been an over-achiever in the desensitizing process. You can walk him through and over anything. From waving a tarp and carrying a flag, he won’t even blink twice! Good luck finding anything to spook him!! Banjo is broke in both English and western. He has 3 nice comfortable gaits. He knows his leads, and the brakes are good. He is extremely laid back. If confidence is an issue, Banjo is your man. He will build you up every day and make you want to ride. You can take him down the busiest road, in the field, to the city, and even out to lunch! He’s very soft through his pole and light in your hands while maintaining quiet and comfortable gaits. You do not even need tack to walk, trot, canter, and stop! He is so in-tune with his person, he will listen to your voice and leg. He is broke to drive and loves to go on a leisurely stroll through the countryside. We have lightly started Banjo over fences and he jumps in great form. He’s so steady and easy going we think he would make the best fox hunter. Banjo never has a bad day. This is a happy go lucky horse whose personality is contagious. He will excel on the trails, in harness, on the hunt field, in lower level dressage, over fences, or just that amazing all around user friendly kind of guy! I could write a novel on him however, I’m going to let you enjoy his videos as I can’t tell his story half as well as he can! Banjo lives in Howell, Michigan 48855.
