We grow a "Victory Garden" year round. Containers for our roots and large crops. Tower Gardens for our main stay and provide so much clean food. we are always sharing with our neighbors and family! Our Mascot "trusty Fang" has sadly passed away this past Thanksgiving at over 14 years old. We miss our sugar faced Ole boy so very much. However, we are very grateful Fang could pass on good manners to our new NEW Black Lab puppy "Meatball" who was born February 2022. we also have our two rambunctious reformed barn kitties who enjoying their new digs and hanging out on our large Lanai is their favorite place to be near the Sea. Friends and family alike enjoy visiting~ NE Florida, the beaches, quaint towns near by,
taking a dip in the pool, throw a line in the Saltwater
Canal, hang out at Bob's chill and grill or harvesting fresh produce year-round at our patio gardens for dinner! Retirement life has been good for our souls. We are blessed and love our new water home by the Atlantic Ocean. Truely blessed to be in our respite place on the water. we are looking forward to Tropical Adventures and travel-- Be assured it's by the sea! Stay tuned and blessed. Love,

Crustless Quiche offers a high protein lower carb breakfast or brunch option that will elevate your holiday celebrations.

Hints: Use fresh greens 💚 when possible (Fresh Spinach, Swiss chard, broccoli leaves, tatsoi, kale).

Quick Keto Lunch in less than 20 mins!

Slice up 1 pack of Polish Sausage, smoked sausage or Chicken Sausage (pre cooked type).
1/2 small cabbage thinly sliced.
Half onion sliced thinly
One Bell pepper Chopped.
1T Chopped garlic
teaspoon Greek or Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
Place in Air fryer and cook 400 for 15-20 mins stirring halfway.
I add some stoneground mustard when serving! Enjoy 😉

Oh my! I Just love Pimento Cheese!

Pimento Cheese Recipe 🧀🔥

Ingredients:
- 2 cups freshly grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese 🧀
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1” cubes and softened at room temperature 🥄
- 4 ounces pimento peppers, well-drained and chopped if in strips 🌶️
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (Duke’s or Sir Kensington’s both work well) 🥛
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder 🧅
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (adjust or omit if you prefer less spice) 🌶️
- ½ medium jalapeño pepper, ribs and seeds removed, minced (about 1 tablespoon; optional) 🌶️
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 🌿
- Salt, to taste 🧂

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimento peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, jalapeño (if using), and a few grinds of black pepper 🥄.
2. Beat the ingredients together using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or a sturdy spoon or spatula. Mix until everything is evenly combined 💪.
3. Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings as needed. Add black pepper for a sharper kick, salt for more flavor, or a pinch of cayenne for extra heat 🌶️.
4. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week. If chilled, let it soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving ❄️.

Options:
- Pair with crackers, fresh veggies, or use as a spread for sandwiches for a Southern-inspired treat! 🥪

Country life, living off the land- making unique Handmade Crafts, paintings/prints, recycled crafts, bird feeders, Painted Gourds, Cottage Law goodies, Preserves, Jams, Pickles, Handmade Artisan Soaps, Essential Oils which help with Natural Chicken keeping and Gardening techniques- we start NON GMO Herbs & Seedlings and use the Aeroponic Tower Gardens for much of our year round Produce! We are able to grow in West Voluisa 365 days a year without dirt or weeds! We enjoy sponsoring and teaching Kids how to grow their own food. We support local schools, Assisted Living Facilities and more! On our homestead- we keep a "Victory Garden" for our Roots and large Crops. We raise several breeds of Large Fowl for Colorful Eating eggs and other specialty Breeds; such as Marans, Olive Eggers and more. Our Mascots are Daisy Mae and Blossom our Mini Caribbean Painted Donkeys and Farm Dog (rescue) "Fang." Farmer Bob is a good Sport and is always busy Putzing on the farm when he isn't working is "other job."
