"Equestrian art, perhaps more than any other, is closely related to the wisdom of life........The horse teaches us self-control, constancy, and the ability to understand what goes on in the mind and the feelings of another creature, qualities that are important throughout our lives. Moreover, from this relationship with his horse the rider will learn that only kindness and mutual understanding wil

l bring about achievements of highest perfection."-Alois Podhajsky

At Raven Hill Farms our primary goal is to enrich and develop the connection and relationship with the horse and rider. We offer a full range of service to our members and offer lessons and clinics. We are a very "Social" organization, think Country Club with horses rather than golf. Our members plan field trips to Equine Affaire, Devon and a host of other fun horsey destinations. We are hugely supportive of one another and encourage each other and our equine partners to reach their goals and dreams, what ever they may be. "It is necessary to treat as your equal the faithful servant from whom, to increase your pleasure, you ask for the sacrifice of his whole life. He who bears no friendship for the horse and is not infused with admiration for this noble animal, is a stranger to every good sentiment." François Baucher (1796–1873)

At Raven Hill Farms care for your equine partner is our most important responsibility. We handle and check each horse at least twice a day and are affiliated with the top Vets, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Farriers and Trainers in the area. Our 50 acre facility offers 20 paddocks for individual turn out and plenty of rotation to ensure lush, green pasture.
