I am a retired special education teacher with over 30 years of experience teaching kids about horses. I specialize in beginner riding, ensuring a safe seat and good balance by starting the students off ba****ck. My students "earn" their saddle when they can ride and control their horse at a walk and trot ba****ck in the arena. Since every child who loves a horse dreams of having their own someday,

I teach "horsemanship" lessons rather than "riding" lessons. Students' lessons cover grooming, groundwork (leading, etc.), and above all "SAFETY". I am enjoying giving horsemanship lessons, donkey dates, and farm tours in Fort Collins, Colorado now.
