I wanted to hop on here and just be super honest and transparent with you guys. A lot of you know me outside of the shop, or follow me on my personal page. For those of you who don't, I would love to give a little insight. This little shop at MCK is such a blessing to us. It allows me to work and make an income for my family of six, yet still allows me to be a mom, and be present at practices, games, extra curriculars, church events, etc. I do only take a small handful of dogs, and that seems to work for everyone, as it prevents long wait times and I can typically accommodate most of my customers daily schedules. But I will be honest, and say that out of many dogs scheduled this week, I only had five dogs show up for their appointment. Five. A shop of my size cannot be sustained on that many no shows. It was over half of the amount of dogs on my book. Please take into consideration that when you book an appointment with a small business and cannot guarantee showing up, that you realize the devastating effects it can potentially cause. I completely understand things happen. Believe me! I just want to be transparent in hopes that this doesn't continue, or else I will have to close the doors. I know God is in control, and He always provides. I would love it if my loyal and regular customers would go ahead contact me and book thru the holidays! Let's fill this appointment book up! I am ordering darling Christmas bows and bandana's for you guys, and already have ordered Christmas scented colognes. I love you all, and appreciate you! Thanks for understanding, see you soon! 😘
