Sometimes, people may feel pressured to offer advice or come up with solutions to their loved ones' problems, but this can be unhelpful if the person just needs someone to listen and understand. So, if you know someone who is going through a tough time, consider offering your presence and support without trying to "fix" things for them. Just listen, offer empathy, and be there for them.
