✨ Tinker Update: *Still available for adoption*
🐾 Over our summer break Tinker had the privilege of switching up his regular routine at TDC for some in home practice. He had time and peace to fully relax! He was able to enjoy a nice nap in a dog bed and explore a new yard. Over the weekend he truly has shown how ready he is to be in a home of his own. While here at TDC we try to keep Tinker as comfy as possible, nothing can compare to the comfort a home brings. ❤️
Tinker loves the security of his own crate but would love a home he could occasionally relax in his own dog bed from time to time. He would love a fenced in yard free to sniff and have zoomies all over! Most importantly he would love bonding with his special person and show them just how loyal, sweet and fun loving he can really be.

Full out an application through the Humane Society of Wicomico County if interested! Tinker would love to meet you! 🐾✨❤️

Meet 👨🏻‍🔬 Walter White 🐾

Walter, like most adolescent boys, needs work on impulse control, chilling out, turning his listening ears on and only using his little manhood where he should; the grass! 🤣

His parents want him to be a good brother to his tiny humans and a model co- worker at their salon so he’s going to spend a few weeks Day Training to help turn him into the good man he can be!

This good boy is looking for his forever home!

We are going to be on Delmarva Life today at 5 PM to promote our 1st Annual Fur & Field Day (thank you so much, Lisa and Jimmy!) and look who is also going to be on!

Our sweet boy, Tinker, with Marissa from The Dog Company, talking all things training and being a good boy!

We really hope Tinker can find his forever home soon. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt him will be getting one of the sweetest dogs ever that already comes professionally trained, with some free continued training sessions to show his new family what he knows and how to work with him. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Hi everyone! Meet Tinker🐾💚

Tinker is a 2 year old, neutered male, that we have had the pleasure of fostering from the Humane Society of Wicomico County.

This boy has come a very long way since he first entered our facility. He has mastered basic commands including sit, down, come, heel, and place. We have even started socializing him in our daycare yard and he has blossomed! He is a sweet and silly boy, although he enjoys testing some boundaries with his cutie face 😉

Tinker would best thrive in a structured home with an active owner who understands his requirements. We believe he would do best in an only dog household. Post-adoption training is essential for his development, and he is fully e-collar trained as well.

Our team has invested much time and love into Tinker, and we would love to see him in a home where he can flourish.

Dog training is crucial when kids are involved because it ensures safety, promotes positive behavior, and strengthens the bond between the dog and the children, making interactions more enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

But the same goes for the little humans! Teaching your kids how to safely and respectfully interact with dogs is so instrumental to safety! Puck doesn’t live with kids and has never interacted with Piper like this. They spent a whole hour doing this at the beach because Piper was taught how to interact with him and Pucks training is reliable enough to even listen to a six year old!
