We asked Michell about bringing "Baby" back at 17 years of age, "Baby is a show horse and he and Shawn are an amazing team. I watch him at the breeding farm and he’s still loving, silly, and playful. He’s in excellent body condition. From the first ride, his tail was relaxed and ears forward - a testament to the care he was given both at Cinder Lakes Ranch and now Oswood Stallion Station. Showing is fun - I want him to be happy and, I believe he is happy. He has nothing to prove to anyone but a lot of people will be excited to see him show one last time with his pilot, Shawn Flarida."

For those that follow 3DPH, you know Scotty has been in our program for a tune and fitting up in preparation for a new address. We always check out a horse well before representing him/her. Scotty has been with us for a little over 60 days. Scotty, Registered name JA Sheer Skippin is a 2013 Gelding - uncomplicated, level headed and he trailers well. He is great for the farrier and has been a good boy for everything we ask of him. He loves his grooming and baths and is UTD on shoeing, dental, de-worming and vacs. He really wants his own person to enjoy rides in the arena or out. Scotty would make an excellent Ranch Riding / Cowboy or Western Dressage prospect with his beautiful movement. At 3DPH we work on collection, balance and riding in frame. But now and again I teach my students to just chase up the horse and work on forwardness without micro managing one. Sometimes ‘boys’ justa wanna have fun...👍🐴
