- Multitask
- Take directions WITHOUT getting their feelings hurt.
- Accept they need to do things the way that trainer wants them done, not their way.
- 10-16 horses at all times
- YOUR job is NOT a horse trainer. You are saddling, bathing, turning out, brining in, putting horses on walker, feeding, watering, doing laundry, loading and unloading trailers, cleaning stalls at horse shows and doing whatever is asked of you.
-Professionalism is a must!
