Captain Chaos was 2nd in the Taylor Harris medal with Anya Cipoolla
And Won his .95!

I was reserve on a catch ride so all in all a Good week of learning and progress!

I just got to have my student ride the most talented 15.2 hand mare in Germany that I’ve seen! Jumps like this EVERY TIME! She is incredible in person. Then went around like a children’s hunter! I’m in LOVE 🥰

Porte O Call is offered for sale. Can do ALL 3 rings! He is champion or reserve with a tiny girl every show out. Fabulous children horse or adult! Just took a 13 year old around the jumper ring this weekend for her first time. Can pack around in the Pre-children’s or do the 3.3 AO with an adult rider.
Cant say how useful this horse is! 17.2 1/2 hands. 14 years old. Lovely mover. No vices. Serious inquiries please. Would have to be a very special home!

Congratulations to McKittrick Mackey at Tryon!
Kit stepped up to the 3ft children’s hunter! She also did the $5,000 USHJA DERBY! This is quite an amazing achievement considering the horse she was riding is not an amateur ride! I couldn’t be more proud of her ability to focus and her maturity! This kid is only 14 years old and I’m asking her to do more than she’s ever been asked! Hillmar’s Allegiant (Ernie) absolutely loves her and it shows in the trust that he has put into her! She has helped me get him back into the 3 ft hunters which has not been easy BUT she has done everything I’ve asked her to do and we are seeing results! This is going to be one amazing JR rider come next year! She is one to keep your eye on! ♥️ thank you Margaux Nodvin for allowing Kit to use our main boy and trusting him on the road with me! Your generosity speaks volumes.

Porte O Call won his child medal Tryon Equestrian with a lot of great horses! Also was 1st and 2nd in his over fences and was 2nd in the hack with over 20 horses!

I’m excited to announce I have joined the Devoucoux team! After meeting with Jerome Mothe, their North American director, I AM OFFICIALLY SPONSORED by DEVOUCOUX!!
This is an incredible feeling since I have been an ardent supporter for over 20 years. I can actually say I’m proud that my hard work, blood, sweat and tears are being acknowledged… which is a feeling I’m still getting used to….
I am without a doubt completely humbled by this moment and incredibly grateful.
I was able to sit in several new saddles and chose one the one that would fit my needs best as a professional. I’m going with the new Biarritz LAB and I was able to customize it with hunter green trim 🥰 it’s being made to fit my riding style plus fit the many horses I train.

Thank you to Devoucoux, Jerome Mothe and Eva Denis I got to try this absolutely AMAZING saddle yesterday! Talk about felling your horses movement under you! It is also the lightest saddle I’ve used! I now need to choose between this and a new Biarritz lab….. I’m so tempted because of how narrow the twist is and how connected I felt with this new technology…the split atomical seat is incredibly tempting but at the end of the day I think it comes down to tradition for me. While I want to be in the jumper ring, the truth is I ride hunters and I think it is coming down to considering the “look.”
Which is frustrating because in this new saddle I could feel each step on each seat bone with this new saddle. The connection through the hind end was amazing!! The stability of my leg was a new feeling due to the blocking, which I’m not used to. But for certain riders in certain disciplines I’m sure it would be a major plus to have….. but I enjoy and depend on being able to have my leg “free” especially with the young ones.
I have to say the horse’s movement was incredibly free through the back with this saddle which is what is so tempting. The full technology behind this “new” saddle is also impressive…. Choices…who knows might share some more exciting news later!
But does Anyone have/ride in one yet? I know they only hit North America about 8 months ago…

Atlanta A Winter Fest - I am smiling ear to ear right now. One of my students went in the .95 for the first time EVER and WON out of good company and even some professionals! This young lady has come so far in such a short time. When I got her almost 5 months ago she could hardly steer correctly let alone turn and now she is blowing around the .95 doing the inside turns and beat everyone by almost 8 SECONDS!! What a incredible accomplishment. Anya and her horse Captain Chaos! Tim Maddrix we are on the right path now! So excited to see how far I can bring these two! ♥️♥️
