Another matted dog done. Damn its hot out there. If you have a heavily matted dog. There coat is not allowing them to breath correctly. They will likely overheat. The only way a heavy coated dog can with stand this heat. Brush out those matts. If you cant get a comb thru that coat. That dog has the possibility of overheating.
