At the Garner Pet Resort & Wash we offer boarding services for dogs, cats, and pocket pets such as guinea pigs and rabbits. All dog and cat boarders need to be up to date on all of their vaccinations and we need to have proof of vaccination before your furry family member can stay with us at the resort. We are open Monday thru Sunday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm then we reopen from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Our Pick up and drop off times are 7:30 - 11:30 AM and 3 - 7:30 PM. Our self serve pet wash is open from 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM everyday! We also provide day care services if you need to leave your pet for just the day. We have two room suites for dogs and cat condos for your feline family members. There are large outdoor runs for doggies to play and exercise outside. And for when it is too cold outside to play there is plenty of room inside to run around. Please call us for all your pet boarding needs!

We would like to send our deepest condolences to the Peterson Family. They had to say goodbye to their sweet Annabelle. She has been boarding with us since we first opened our doors in 2016 and is very loved by the staff here. I thoughts are with your family

PM drop off (3-7:30pm) is a half day charge.

AM pickup (7:30-11:30am) is a half day charge.

The stray kitten that our staff member found has been adopted! ❤️ Her name is Nala 🥰

One of our staff members found a stray kitten by her house. Pretty sure it's a male, super friendly as seen in the video below. Needs a good home, hasn't been to the vet so he will need shots and dewormer. Please message 641-231-5210 if you are interested in giving this little guy a forever home.

I meant to post this yesterday but Happy 4th of July! We have so many lovely pets staying with us right now ❤️ Stella Rose decided to hop in the clean basket of towels and blankets while playing in the office 😂🥰 too cute

Reminder:

We are not taking intact males if they haven't boarded with us before!

The ONLY exception is if they're under a year of age.

We will allow them to board until the reach the age of 1 yr. Then we will not be able to board them unless they are neutered.

Sadly one of our best boys has passed over the rainbow bridge, Shadow really made an impact on everyone here. We cared for him as if he was ours and we hope Nora and Christopher McGreggor know just how loved he was by everyone around him ❤️ Rest in peace bud we'll always remember you and miss having you stay.

Sadie is our January Boarder of the month! She was the only dog here at the time so she came up front to hang out while the person on shift did paperwork 😊

Our December boarder(s) of the month are Zera, Mack, and Opie! Zera and her brothers love to stay with us, but they all need their own bedrooms. We still put them next to each other though so they aren’t too far from each other 😊. Mack is the brindle and Opie is black and white. We didn’t get a picture of Zera this stay but we will next time!

Starting 1/1/2024 our boarding prices will be increasing! Just wanted to give everyone a proper notice before the new year

For dogs:

1 dog - $30 a night
2 dogs in 1 kennel - $55 a night
3 dogs in 1 kennel - $75 a night
4 dogs 1 kennel - $100 a night

For cats:

1 cat - $25 a night for 1 cat
2 cats in 1 kennel - $35 a night
3 cats in 1 kennel - $51 a night

Our October Boarder(s) of the month are Fryea and Ozzy! They are two bouncy, people loving labs that can make all of our kennel staff giggle and smile whenever they stay. We enjoy their unique personalities and enthusiastic tail wags at feeding time! 😁

We hope to see them again soon 😊

Our September boarder(s) of the month are Miss Ellie and Miss Sophie! They are housemates and they are the cutest things ever! They love to snuggle and play while off all the little butt wiggles 🥰

If you call us at the pet resort and you do not reach us there is a chance we are in the back taking care of the dogs. Please leave a voicemail so we can get you called back as soon as we can!

Our main focus right away when we get here and right before we leave is to make sure that the dogs are let out and have clean kennels! So please leave a voicemail so we can prioritize calling you back as soon as we can.
