So something new and an update …teaching finnley to sit right with Emmett during bath time..I’m not sure who likes it more 🤣🐕‍🦺🤣 I walked a few feet away out of sight to watch and when Emmett ducked out of her sight she started to bark and ran right to me!! She is truly the most brilliant dog and so eager to learn so many things!!! This is what it’s all about!!

We are a week in and things are going great! Fin is so smart and has picked up all basic commands already! Emmett is learning the commands for
Her to come to him and to be at rest next to him..while it is exhausting with both it is so worth it. A few more weeks till we can do the big league training and watch her skills really take off!

Thank you to everyone who has helped us out!!!!! Meet finnley!! She is a 10 week old Sheppard golden mix and she is Emmetts furever friend who will be going into training!! We still have some funds to raise to do all the training needed so watch for some cool events coming up!!

So just a little update we have raised over a 1000 so far for Emmetts doggo. We have taken the initiative and have bought all the necessities that will be needed in the beginning and we have our information saved with the American therapy dogs registry to get things rolling now to find a puppy. While we are still looking at the rescue our options are also open. We want what is best for Emmett and the friend that will be his right hand in this life. If anyone has any leads on labs, goldens, labradoodles or goldendoodles please reach out and let us know!! Thank you all again for your support
