Comittee member: Bianca Walker

Hello! My name is Bianca Walker and I am a comittee member for MCWR. I have many wonderful childhood memories associated with MCWR fun shows and events. The club was the starting point for many of us as pewee & youth riders that later went on to make a career in the equine industry. It is such an asset to the horse community! My husband and I own Massa Stables and Walker Livestock Company in Litchfield, IL. We are blessed to be able to help the club come back strong and remain in existence for our son to grow in his equestrian skills as well as those students that are in our lesson program. I also want to thank my parents for their hand in helping the club as well, along with all of our amazing sponsors!

Comittee member: Jordan Ramey

I am Jordan Ramey born and raised in rural Litchfield. I have been involved with many saddle clubs in the area since I was born. I grew up attending local jackpots, fun shows, junior rodeos and assisting my mom with her horse training and lesson programs. Most recently I have been becoming a new mother and this makes me more excited about helping the local clubs stay alive and continue the generational growth for the future! I look forward to contributing to this saddle club and maintaining a positive environment for youth and adults.

Comittee member: Ashley Cozad

Hello, I’m Ashley Cozad and I’m a committee member on MCWR. I live in Hamel and have an 11 year old daughter named Carlee. When I was a child I enjoyed horses. Fast forward 25ish years and my daughter found a passion with horses and all animals. It’s amazing watching your child/children grow and discovering what their inner passions are. Animals are therapeutic for her and help to shape her into a kind, loving, and selfless soul. She also loves the thrill of speed when doing barrels or poles. Carlee has been riding off and on for 3 years but has been riding very consistently at Massa Stables for over a year and loves it! I joined MCWR for the kids like my daughter that need to follow their hearts & passion. If we don’t have a crew we will never see the kids out there chasing their dreams, having fun, & living their best lives.

Secretary: Tracy Young

I chose to become part of the MCWR because growing up I had a love and passion for horses which I got from my dad and now my middle daughter has that same love and passion and loves to ride and participate in shows.
I want to be able to support a club that fosters that same love and passion for kids and adults for many more years.

Treasurer: Lucy Gucciardo

I am Lucy Gucciardo and I'mtreasurer for the MCWR. Being able to own, ride, and train horses has been the biggest blessing of my life. I am also a riding instructor. My students work extremely hard to improve their riding skills, and I am proud of each and every one of them. Macoupin County Wild Riders is the perfect environment for these kids to start showing horses. I am excited to see what these kids achieve in the 2024 show season!

We will be highlighting all of our board members so you can learn more about who is making up our AMAZING team! We want to post a special shout out to Stephanie who is a VOLUNTEER and has worked diligently and successfully to make MCWR a 501(c)(3) nonprofit! She has also graciously offered to apply for a grant for the club so that we are able to make big POSITIVE changes! Thank you so much Stephanie!!

Stephanie Malench has been working with nonprofits for 30 years as a member of various nonprofit and civic boards, grant writing, fundraising, and writing/creating promotional materials. She has always loved looking at horses. She hopes one day to go to the Tennessee Walking Horse Festival.
