Culpeper 2024 was an amazing show with great achievements from Molly McGarvey and Iris Hamilton! Coming away with 2 Champions, 2 Reserve Champions, and placing in the Jumper Classic. Congratulations on your well-deserved success! You're an inspiration!

🏆Brynn and Rosmels Scarlet Slippers Reserve Championed in Mini Stirrup!
🏆 Paige and Rosmels Scarlet Slippers received great ribbons in Long Stirrup!
🏆 Brooke and Leap of Faith Reserve Championed in Long Stirrup!
🏆 Kitty and Paint By Numbers had their show debut receiving great ribbons!
🏆 Iris and Finest Hour also received great ribbons in their respective classes!
🏆 Molly and Mr. Brightside had their show debut earning Champion in Low Hunter and Baby Green. And got Reserve Champion in Equitation!
🏆 Kayla and D’Artangan had their show debut together receiving Champion in Pleasure Horse and Hopeful Hunter!
🏆Kaitlyn and Grey Goose Reserve Championed in Pleasure Horse!
🏆 Erika and Grey Goose had their show debut earning Champion in Pre-Child/ Adult Hunter!

The rain was pouring down but our team results were far from a wash out 😅😅

🏆 Leah and Rosmels Scarlet Slippers received Reserve Champion in beginner rider!
🏆 Paige and Rosmels Scarlet Slippers received Champion in long Stirrup Hunter!
🏆 Brooke and Leap of Faith received Reserve Champion in Long Stirrup Hunter!
🏆 Kitty and With Eloquence had their show debut receiving great ribbons!
🏆 Iris and Finest Hour also had their show debut receiving Reserve Champion in Low Children’s Hunter!
🏆 Molly and Loafers Lodge Bow Tie received Champion in Green Pony Hunter and a 1st place medal win!

Very first dressage show for Bryn, had a difficult start in her first test but made a great come back in the second test coming away with a 6th place. This was Ruth’s second dressage show going against some stuff competition in her second test coming away with a 4th and 6th place. So proud of the both you🥰 Also thank you Thornridge Manor LLC, for hosting another great show❣️

So proud of our WHOLE TEAM for how well everyone did at the Colonial Classic Championship!!! Champions of Hunt Teams and Novice Equitation, 4 Medal Classic qualifiers and all our riders in top ribbons!!! So fantastic to see our team’s growth in just under a year of competitively showing as a team!! Bring on year 2!!!

Team Still Pond killed it at the Summer Sizzle Horse Show. Though it was a long, hot, and tiring day from 5am-9pm, All girls came home with top ribbons and many champs and reserves. 😁

Started off the weekend with some sad news that the original show we were planning on going to was canceled.… so we improvised! All of my girls did amazing at McDonogh Horse Show yesterday! Everyone came home with a blue ribbon! We also had a Champion and 4 Reserve Champions! 😘💗

The week started off in the lows but ended with high fives after the show at Tranquility Manor yesterday. All of our riders were in the top ribbons with 1 Champion and 6 Reserve Champions!!! Thanks for the extra help with training/managing the multi rings Kayla Barrouk !! And thanks to Kate Mathias and all our rider’s parents for supporting our team. Way to go Team SPS!!!

It’s with sad hearts that we share that we lost our boy SPS Sir Lancelot today due to surgical complications. He was truly a bright star in the paddock.

Team Still Pond had an awesome day yesterday at the Thornridge Manor dressage show.. All of our riders got top ribbons - it was the first dressage show for 2 of our riders!! Thank you Phoebe Devoe and Claudia Kleinsmith! Way to go Team SPS!!

Little but Mighty ‼️

Strawberry
A.k.a. Napoleon Complex super cute 12 year old, 11.1 hand Welsh gelding. He is a fan favorite everywhere he goes. Never had any health issues with this little guy. I would love to keep him but I have no small riders to take him to the shows. The owners sons have out grown him and no longer have an interest in riding. Has flying changes can sometimes be a little difficult in getting the right lead in canter due to no one correcting him in the past but with some work it’s already improved. Otherwise he has no buck, rear just a steady eddy. When I’ve had a little rider on him the worst thing he does is pull the rein down. With a rider who knows what to do he doesn’t try anything he’s a smart and know when he can get away with it. He has a beautiful technique over the jump and a nice movement and could go far with the right rider. He has been to plenty of schooling shows but never had the right rider to go to the A shows with us. This pony could go far even to pony finals just needs his perfect little one. Trailers with no problem, great with the farrier has always been barefoot and clips well. Lowest 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕 for more info or questions feel free to pm me.
