Our pretty girl Skye has been living in our kennels for about 10 months now without a single adoption application 💔
Skye was dumped outside our clinic right in the middle of the day mid October 2023 and was clearly in desperate need of our help and attention. She was emaciated. Just skins and bones, but didn’t let that stop her from trusting and loving us.
After A LOT of TLC from all of our staff she has quickly gained her weight back and is in much better health! She’s a petite girl but with a huge personality!
Skye loves her people and loves having doggy friends! She tested well with dogs, but unfortunately she can be a little protective over her favorite toys…. understandable as we can assume she didn’t have much security before being with us. Due to this she cannot be in a home with another dog or cat if she is adopted directly from us. BUT - if she is pulled by a licensed rescue who is willing to place her with an experienced foster family, she can absolutely be trusted n a home with other dogs!
Skye is an amazing little girl. Who loves to spend all of her time outside in the grass just loving life with her human friends. We are hoping we can find the perfect family, or a rescue that can help us get her the life she so desperately deserves. She loves to give hugs and kisses and just loves any kind of attention!
Please share so Skye can find a family or a licensed rescue!!!

She is currently at County Line Pet Hospital
