Dear Grabill Veterinary Clinic clients,
At this time, we are asking that you please be patient with us. As you may well know, there has been an ongoing veterinary staff shortage. We have been lucky enough to have found quite a few decent new hires. We are asking that you please be patient as we are working hard to get them trained in a timely but efficient manner. During this time, you may experience longer than expected wait times, inexperience on medical questions, etc. Please remember to be kind and know that we are doing our best to provide the best treatment for your pets!!

We do not accept American Express.
We do not surcharge debit cards.
We also accept cash payment and check payments (check payments will only be accepted with a valid drivers license).

PSA…Please be advised that Main street is currently under construction and will remain so until the beginning of September according to the construction company. We are asking that those who come to visit please park in the parking lot across the street and walk over. There is a path that the construction company left in front of the Catalpa Tree Shops for our clients to walk over. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your cooperation!!

Attention current clients!!! As of today August 1st, we will now implement a $65.00 no show fee for any surgery patient that does not show up and who have not called to let us know ahead of time. Unfortunately, we have to do this as we have had this happen on multiple occasions. Due to volume of clients/patients needing to be seen, when we have a no show, it uses up those appointment slots that we could have filled. We thank you for your understanding and ask that if you have a scheduled appointment that you can not make to please let us know. Thank you!!
