Day 2 working on this sweet little pony. ❤️ after our treatment today we also packed her feet with Four Oaks Farm Products “no thrush” and Horse Health Products “ice tight” poultice on all four legs. She could barely walk yesterday and was noticeably improved upon our arrival today! Looking forward to following her progress and seeing her getting started with that cart training. ❤️🐴

We took in Grandma Honey as a rehab project for my toddler to do leadline.. she is 25yrs old, with cushings and recovering from a couple very serious injuries that caused a lot of arthritis, muscle atrophy, and general soundness issues. She could barely walk just 3 weeks ago. We did an overhaul of her feed routine, adjusted her Cushing medications, PEMF and got her an excellent farrier. I still never imagined she would do more then be a leadline horse for my daughter.. but when we arrived to the arena today, grandma had other plans 😂 we actually ended up having to take off the pony saddle and put my teenager on her back to get her sass out so she could finally give a pony ride! I am so beyond proud of this little mare and so so happy to see her blooming!! Who knew she wanted to keep flying!! ❤️ 🍯 Go Honey Go!!!! We aren’t done yet with this turn around! Stay tuned .
