🌟📣Attention friends!🌟 if you’ve ever thought about becoming a foster, we need you now.
Kitten season is upon us and we are looking for foster homes. Fostering can be anything from fostering families (mama and babies), to litters without mamas, to bottle babies needing around the clock care, to single kittens needing socialization and love. [bottle baby fosters need to complete training first]
We are a local animal rescue located in Blue Springs. We provide everything you need. I have fostered countless kittens (and some puppies) for 3 years and really enjoy having kittens around for a few weeks at a time. Picture below is one of my favorite litters. My kids love having them as well and always ask me, “when are getting more kittens?”
All we ask for is a healthy, loving environment and commitment to finding these kittens forever homes! I am happy to answer any questions you have about fostering.

This tiny little guy is an 8 week old bichon/poodle mix. He’s tan with a little white tip on the end of his tail. He will be listed under the name “Rocket”available through Pawportunities. He doesn’t even look real! He looks like a stuffed animal.

Meet Snowball, the twins- Candy Cane and Douglas Fur, and Hot Cocoa. These babies were found by themselves way up north. Approximately 5 weeks old. They’re settling in and will be ready for adoption after they’re fixed; probably in about 3-4 weeks. Just in time for Christmas! They will be vetted, chipped and fixed before going to their new families. Share and spread the joy 🥹 Everyone wants a kitten for Christmas! 😉

Introducing Tom Turkey, Stuffing, and Gravy! Lol. These are 2 grey girls and a tuxedo boy. They came from a small, rural town from a lady who took good care of them, but got overwhelmed with all the cats and kittens she was caring for. These babes are socialized and will transition well into a family!

The foster babies this morning snoozing after a long play session. Heath in the back and Blossom up front. Their brother, Binx, has already been adopted 🖤 These two are still available.
Heath is a little snuggler. He loves to rub his face on yours! He has a little kink in his tail. He’s fixed and ready to go to his forever family!
Blossom is tiny but mighty! She likes to sleep leaning against you. Very loyal, she’ll follow you throughout the house. She’s needing to gain a little more weight before she gets spayed, but then she’ll be ready as well!

My new little fosters! Three all black babies for Halloween 🎃 Found fending for themselves in a Walmart parking lot. They were tiny, about 6 weeks old, starving, and scared to death. They have adjusted so well! They are so social and seek out affection. Consider adopting a black beauty, aka house panther! Black cats are the most overlooked at shelters simply due to their coat color. They are just as amazing and loving! Apply to adopt:

This baby has served her stray hold, and is looking for her forever home. She’s sweet as pie, weighs *maybe* 7 pounds, and estimated to be around 3-4 years old. This tiny little chiweenie is terrified at animal control. She is trembling with fear, and cannot snuggle into you close enough in efforts to find protection. She loves giving kisses, and is an absolute doll!

This is Max. Max is 8 years old. Max is the best cat ever. His owner went into a facility so Max and his friend went to Pawportunities to find a new home. His friend Gus was adopted. Max is still with us at PetSmart charming everyone he meets with purrs and head rubs. We all love Max. Please come and give him a real home. He is the perfect cat for anyone. He is chill and loves attention but definitely not high maintenance. He may just have a few teeth, but he has lots of love to share. Fill out an adoption form to give this guy a lap to purr on.
