Our Story

Walk in-to Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique in Cascade Township and you will be welcomed by owners Vicki and Jayme Lesperance. “Working as a mother-daughter duo has been really rewarding,” says Jayme. “We each bring different strengths to the business, so we continually bounce ideas off of and learn from one another.”

Vicki and Jayme share a passion for pets and promise to treat their clients’ fur-babies like family. Vicki has two dogs, Elsie, a spunky and social Havapoo and Myah, an American Hairless Terrier who is a total mama’s girl. Jayme has three dogs, Bellamy, a charming, three-legged German Shepherd, Louie, a Rat Terrier with some impressive dance moves and Lennon, a fun and fearless Malti-Poo! The five of them take turns being the Splash and Dash “shop-dog”.

Not only do Vicki and Jayme delight in seeing the many dogs that visit Splash and Dash in Cascade each day, they also look forward to interacting with dog owners. “Building relationships with customers is something I enjoy most about being a Splash and Dash owner,” Vicki shares. “Exchanging stories with other pet-parents is a highlight of being in this business.” Jayme adds, “We’ve met so many incredible people since we opened. I’m really excited about the opportunity to work with other local business owners and pet-parents to make a positive difference in the community.” Dog grooming in Cascade Township, Michigan just got better.

When asked what appealed to them about Splash and Dash, Vicki replied “One thing that excited us about the franchise was an opportunity to bring a new concept in pet care to the area.
