Recently there has been an influx of potentional new clients reaching out. Which is amazing and we are so grateful!
There is a lot of the same questions and inquires so we figured we’d make a post answering some FAQ🐾

⤵️Here are answers to some FAQ’s⤵️

⭐️ Strictly 1:1 appointment only.

⭐️100% cage free.

⭐️Hourly pricing starts at $55/hour depending on breed, size, coat density and behavior.

⭐️⭐️Hourly pricing is all inclusive: bath, dry, style (cut, deshed or combo), nail trim/file, paw trim, sanitary trim, paw butter, ear cleaning and coat treatment.

⭐️Ala Carte treatments available such as sugar scrub, hair mask, facial fluff, etc.

⭐️⭐️⭐️We require all clients to remain on an 8 week or less rebooking schedule. Whether full groom or bath / tidy.⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️Require a one time non refundable deposit of $45 for all new clients.

⭐️Require up to date rabies & distemper vaccines.

⭐️Only pets comfortable with routine grooms are eligible for creative grooms.

⭐️⭐️Creative groom pricing is $65/hour, including wait time plus product. Consult is a must prior to booking. (Creative grooms are typically 2-3xs that of routine grooms.)

Today Yuki went out with her vest on to cheer practice at Hempfield Park.
We got a little lax last few weeks but we’re back at it.

This is in attempts to get her to understand vest = work/ vest off= play; go nuts.

98% of people were wonderful and supported me politely informing them (and a lot of children) she’s a service dog in training and to please not touch. With a decent bit of people who recognized her from the Access Westmoreland post 😂😂

But I was a little shocked at some of the flack we got for “bringing her to a kid event & not letting kids touch her”

Where should we go? Where do you want her to get exposure to public? To kids? To dogs? To sounds? To smells?

She’s learning, it’s a dog friendly setting, and if she can focus on me above a place crawling with dogs and kids we are on the right track.

Thank you to everyone, and every single child that asked before petting her and listened in helping her learn🩷 It will be a good 2-4 years before she’s a fully trained POTS service dog, but she’s doing great on the basics so far.

Mr. Darcy 🐾🐾

Mr. Darcy can get a little 🌶️ for grooming but it was needed.

So with the help of some pre-groom medication from his vet; he was able to have a low stress groom today.

Is it the perfect? Nope. But he wasn’t vocal, wasn’t drooling and wasn’t stressing; so to me, Mr. Darcy himself and his owners that is a win 🩷🐾

My girl 🥹

Her first big girl hair cut and color and she was an absolute rock star!!

6 hours start to finish; including breaks for p*e & play and yes she was able to lay down for getting colored & waiting for it to set 🫶🏼

We will clean up some of the shape of her trim next week but for now she celebrated her glow up and then crashed with me at home 🩷🩷

A color job this big, though simple in color scheme would be $500+ due to the amount of hair, time & product.

Yuki lucks out by having an in with the owner 😉

I just want to take the time to thank all my clients for being so understanding the last few weeks with me needing to reschedule and move appointments as often as I have been due to my health. My heart is unpredictable and I know it’s inconvenient but I have been met with nothing but love and understanding and it means more than you all realize❤️
