To give back to Cesar what belongs to Cesar.
Important saying that often we forget how things started!
Many praise about me running the sanctuary and the admirable work I do, however even Claudine hasn't come much to the sanctuary these past 2 years the sanctuary would not exist without her.
For 2 main reasons:
She is the one who had a family member with Mike the cockatiel who started everything allowing me to discover birds and animals love me.
But above all she is the one who by her love and spiritual work help me to be who I am today, and for that I'll be always in debt.
I strongly believe that woman help men to be better!
So hurrah to all women

For those who don't know Claudine had a heart attack some months ago and didn't realize it.
she was not well but had no ideas, its only because she had swollen feet that i brought her to the hospital and they kept her 6 days to get tons of fluids that was around her heart and lungs.
after they did some tests and decided they needed to do surgery which will happen tomorrow morning!
they are going to open her to install a device to monitor the fluid inside and go through the artery to make there is no blockage.
Hopefully everything will go well..

CATS
We now have 3 cats (wish we could have more but our apartment is very small!).
This beautiful black female cat is 4 years old and was with a woman whose parents move to South Carolina so renting her place ,landlord didn't accept cat.
She brought her to a shelter in Springfield who after a while said she was too difficult and not adoptable so they were going to euthanized her.
The woman got her back and called me desperate and crying so I said I will talk with Claudine and see if we could take her home ,even temporarily.
We did and after 2 ,3 days where she was hiding and very shy , she is now integrated, very sweet, affectionate, comes to me when I call her.
She is a delight and we are happy to have Kona with us!

Here are 3 lambs, probably around 3 months that were part of a herd with mothers, fathers and given away like small hobby farm who realized how hard it is and they don't make enough money.
So we got these 3 young ones,2 boys, Parker the one who look he has a mask, Presley the one who looks like a small cow and Priscilla who is mainly white.
They are beautiful and unusual color, we don't actually know what breed they are.

Here is Spirit, beautiful mini pony that was in a family for a 10 year young daughter who has no use for him anymore!
So he is now enjoying a way greater space than where he was, very easy and friendly with the cows and goats.

For the first time in years all the goats and sheep from different fields of the sanctuary were able to go together on my neighbor property who allowed us to clear the tall vegetation.
To see 33 goats and 13 sheep being together and so happy filled me with deep joy.
