Hey everyone ,its Rustie. I have have a new job as the director of Harrison Co Animal Control. We are always in need of fosters, volunteers, and donations! Since McDonald Veterinary Clinic has the best clients imaginable, and I miss you guys, I thought I would reach out. You do not need to be in Harrison Co to foster, adopt, donate or volunteer. Come see us and meet our residents.

Hey everyone! Since the office has closed I have been working occasionally at the Hardinsburg General Store! I have had some questions about where people could get some random things so they are going to start carrying some products for your pets! They should be getting those stocked soon. There will be dewormer for dogs, horses, cattle , sheep and goats! Flea spray for your home. Ear wash, eye ointment, joint supplements ( these are awesome for older dogs and large breed dogs too), nail clippers, shampoo, and many other supplies,treats and food/feed. Once they get it in and set up we will post something!!!! If there is something your looking for they can more than likely get it!

It has been almost 3 months since we announced our closing. We will not be in the office working anymore and will not be able to access records. I hope everyone took the time to request records over this time period. Thank you!

I have been checking messages daily, plus checking the clinic facebook plus my personal facebook and emailing records daily. The office has been closed for 3 weeks now and we have advertised our closing since the first part of November. I will not be going into office on a daily basis from now on so if you have not called about getting your records you will not be able to get them in a timely fashion. I will randomly be there and try to get them to you when I can. Thanks everyone! We miss our clients and hope you have gotten settled somewhere you are comfortable with!

The office is closed. People have been leaving messages wanting medications. We can no longer fill prescriptions. If you need records leave detailed message on answering machine. We will check those messages but it will not be every day. You have until Jan 15th to request records. After Jan 15th you will not be able to get them. Thank you.

Ok guys! Tomorrow is last day. Thursday December 29th open until 5. If you need to pick up medication and have not already ordered call before you come we are low on most everything.if you need records call the office please do not request on here. If you do not reach out tomorrow we will be closed. I will check messages randomly. No one will be in the office to answer phones after tomorrow. I will randomly check messages for a while but not on a daily basis. So if you need records in a timely fashion tomorrow is your last day.

Hey Guys!!! HELP!!! We have a sweet client who had to be put into a nursing home. He has 5 or 6 cats that need homes. One would be an excellent barn cat, the others need to be inside. They are all spayed and neutered and 4 of them have been declawed in the front. Thanks
