Ames Alpaca Acres

Ames Alpaca Acres I have a small farm of just 7 animals currently, which i am hoping to grow.
(1)

This allows us to give each animal a lot of personal attention though, and provide then with a unique environment where they get a lot of hands on feeding and handling. They are very acclimated to children and have given our grandchildren hours of enjoyment. We are planning to have some 4-H projects arise from the herd over the next few years, as well as some more open showing. We are also hoping

to expand on the yarns we are making, and explore some of the other popular alpaca products that the fleece is known for, such as mittens and blankets! If you love alpacas, stop in to see us, or keep an eye on us as we grow, and add to our herd and products!
