Dogs will be groomed between 2 to 4 hours this will create a less stressful experience for your pet. Tangled Tails is a full service pet salon offering all the basics as well as many spa specials such as mud baths, blueberry facials, pawdicures, hair dying, and much more!

Reminder: Tangled Tails does express grooming! That means we work on a tight schedule so if you are late it pushes our whole day back. This has become a daily problem. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so you have time to walk your dog in our grass area (getting pooped on isn't fun). Also our appointments take anywhere from 2-4 hours (3-5 hrs for doodles). Everyday someone ask us to get their dog done at a specific time. We cannot do this because our schedule differs day to day it is impossible to know exactly what time your dog will be done. We cannot guarantee you dog will be done in 2 hrs nor can we hold them till the 4hr mark. If we hold your dog we will charge a holding fee. This is not to be mean we just cannot hold everyone's dogs and this is happening DAILY. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a client who has 2 beautiful French bulldogs who have just had puppies. Information is on the bottom with a phone number for more info. These babies are absolutely precious!

We are still monitoring weather. Please be patient and we will contact people to reschedule. We are going to have very busy days coming up and ask that you are gracious on time. It is easier for us if we aren’t stressed about turn around times when we are having to add on additional grooms. Thanks!

Again we have a last minute cancellation for this Friday at 8 am. Anyone needing a groom call 256-217-8942. This week we have had 5 last minute cancellations. This is a slow week already due to fall break. Remember that we require 48 hrs notice from your appointment time to cancel. We send out text reminders and you must call our salon then if you need to cancel otherwise you will owe full groom price in order to rebook. I know people don't like this policy but when your job is dependent on other people showing up it is a huge deal.

We have some available appointments this week on Friday 9/29 and Saturday 9/30. If you are a current client and your pup is in need of a groom shoot us a text saying which day you prefer and we will call you to set it up. (217-8942) If no clients book these times I will be offering it up to new clients so text ASAP and we will get back with you.

We will NOT be moving! The house we had put an offer in on ended up having many serious issues that were found in the inspection. Tangled Tails will remain at our current property. Thank you for all your well wishes while we have went through this process.
