Our pet bereavement workshop for kids offers a safe and comforting space for young ones to navigate the pain of saying goodbye to their furry friends. In this workshop, children will have the opportunity to talk about their pets and create a “shadow box” to take home in their memory. Attendees are asked to bring sentimental items to add to their shadow box such as a photo of their pet, toys, collars, a piece of their blanket, and anything else that reminds the child of their pet. Shadow boxes will be provided.
