I can't honestly type this without crying. My beloved and best client boy passed away this morning. My heart shattered when I got the news. He is more than a client he is family. I love him so much 💕. I'm going to miss him.

I am not calling out naming or anything but please don't post ugly review on our 📄 page. I work so hard to satisfy clients but sometimes it's not good enough. I made sure all three animals were done before I left. The lady who posted this was not even there. The grandma was. She told me they were fine 100%. I would have rather this person pm me I would be happy to come back and fit anything. For these reasons right here makes me not even want to accept new clients. If you are the owner of this post please pm me so we can work something out. I have been a professional doing this for 17 years. I am a human and make mistakes but I am willing to fix them too. If there is any.
Please understand I do all I can sometimes it may just be not good enough for some people. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I tried to make it right but it blew up in my face. She was so very rude and disrespectful. Ban and block is the best answer here.

This does not get easier for me to post these types of posts. When a photo is black and white on here it means one my beloved client dog gains their angel wings. Theses babies are not just clients to me. Through the years I get to know them and love them as my own. When they are ready to spread their wings and fly peace of my heart goes with them.

This boy here was my Aunt's dog.

Hawk was good as he was bad about grooming. It was not his favorite thing to do but after I got done he was such a happy boy.
He was one my first dog to groom which I will treasure for ever. RIP Hawk.

I am still not mobile yet, but I am offering services at my home at the moment. I do book one dog at a time. Your dog will be only one here at the time of their appointment. I do clean all my stuff between dogs. Your welcome to drop off and pick or stay with your pet the whole time. I leave that up to you. All my pets are vaccinated. My set up at home is not a shop like settling. I don't put your fur baby in a cage or make you wait all day to get them.

Sorry everyone for my absence. I had surgery a week ago. I am not allowed to drive or lift anything over 10 pounds at the moment according to the drs orders. If you have a small or med fur baby needing a groom I will book you to come to me only. I will let you all know when I am back on my feet. I can book you a far appointment so that you be on the books no problem. That way when I back moblie you be scheduled. I should be back in another week or so I hope. My post up appointment is Wednesday. So we will see.

This has come to our attention once more. Please don't book us if you're only going to change your mind. We have 15 years of grooming experience. We know what we are doing! This waste our time and gas. For now on if you change your mind right in the middle of your grooming appointment you will be charged the full amount no exceptions. You also charge $20 extra for the gas.

We offer other pet services such as taking your pet/baby to the vet and pick up, so that you don't have to worry. We understand life is busy. We also offer grooming to your pet in our own home. Then bring them back home to you, for no extra charge. We enjoy helping others with their babies/pets.
