I have been doing taxidermy for 25 years now. Original location was in Freeland, MD in northern Baltimore county. My specialty is mammal taxidermy, small to large game, from anywhere in the world. My sub specialty is furbearers! I have been a trapper since 2000, so I really have a thing for the furbearers. My favorites to mount are foxes and coyotes. I am a graduate of MICA in Baltimore (1994), so

I bring my arts background into my work. While at MICA I realized I was very good at sculptural art, and it was also there that I first started doing taxidermy by incorporating it into my art. My first works of taxidermy were in december of 1993.

Big eastern coyote done for Yale's Peabody Museum. Not perfectly groomed in pic. Probably a 45 to 50 pounder. About as big as they get.

I caught this huge boar raccoon almost 20 years ago. Nov 12 2001. He weighed approx 25 pounds. This is a real porker for this region. He was likely eating alot of the farmer's corn! Just mounted him last night. I'm trying to figure out what base and habitat to have for him. 20 dollar bill for scale reference.

Just letting everyone know that deer mounts will be delayed a good bit this year. The tannery had so much stuff come in they are taking longer than normal. I didn't know until I had sent the hides in. This includes flat hair-on deer hides. Please be patient!

New Brunswick coywolf. This is a true hybrid. Huge, coyote face, wolf size ears, wolf like fur. But more course like an eastern coyote has. Huge heavy furred wolf type tail. I did not have the original carcass for measurements, so I had to alter a small wolf form, and use an altered xl coyote head. I don't have dna proof, but the features show a combo of coyote and wolf characteristics. Up and drying, mounted him last night. Still some tweaking and grooming to do. Not for sale.
