This Sunday 2/18 @ 12noon we will be having a quick meeting at the arena new members most welcome and we will be doing work on our ad book. If anyone has a 2023 book they don't want we could use it. Thanks, hope to see you there.

We have also started our advertising campaign for 2024. If you had an ad with us last year and don't want to make any changes, just mail us note and payment. This year we'd like to have all ads in by Feb 18th. We definitely appreciate all our advertisers.

A new year is right around the corner. We will be having our first meeting at the arena on January 6th at 11AM. Advertising for 2024 will be one topic, another topic will be what type of shows to have. Maybe running shows and obstacle challenges. Bring ideas on the 6th. We have some exceptional folks working with us to show us how to have successful barrel events.

We will be having the year end meeting this Wednesday at 7pm-9pm. Club will be furnishing a meat and cheese platter. Everyone else should bring a side such as chip and dip, dips and crackers etc. Also need members to bring drinks.

We had a great show last night. Thank you to everyone that came out and made it happen. I'd like to apologize for the length of the show. Mistakes were made and we learned from them. This won't happen next time. Thanks to everyone who stayed to help and helped throughout the show. Hope to see everyone in the spring.

For those of you coming tonight for the Obstacle Challenge, if you feel like wearing a costume please do. We already have one contestant that I know of wanting to. I bet we could even come up with a prize for best costum👻☠️🤡

We have started setting up some obstacles for the Challenge on Saturday. They are out of the way for anyone wanting to work on barrels. We will be closing the arena friday to complete the course. We'll have the arena cleared by Sunday afternoon. Thanks.

Just incase you didn't get the word. The fun show has been canceled. Contrary to what the paris newspaper has it listed. However there is a barrel race next Saturday.
