We often recommend owners bring in their pets for free happy visits, and this big pile of love is a perfect example of why.

Jesse has been coming in to see us since he was just 2 months old, back when he only weighed 24 pounds. Now he weighs over 100 lbs! Thanks to his owner's dedication to bringing in Jesse for happy visits since being a wee little pup, he LOVES coming in to see us for all of his appointments, and shows no signs of stress or anxiety.

If you have a pet that is hesitant and over stressed by vet visits, or is a young and growing animal, consider happy visits to make coming in to the office as exciting as going to the park for your furry, feathered, or scaled loved one.

Attention clients! We have an updated schedule.

Starting today, we will be open Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm. We will be closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30 each day.

We will remain taking surgery check-ins on scheduled surgery days from 7:30-7:45 am.

Last but certainly not least. For day five of tech week we would like to highlight Mary Anne.

Mary Anne is one of our most experienced staff members with more than two decades working in vet medicine. She works full time at the local emergency hospital, but spends her days off working part time for All Hearts because she can't spend time away from sick critters.

Mary Anne's favorite part of vet medicine is ICU and Critical Care. She loves putting in the extra work and effort to nurse the sickest animals back to health so they can return to their families.

In her free time Mary Anne loves spending time with her goats, horses, and various other critters on her small hobby farm.

Day 4 of tech week we'd like to highlight Kate!

Kate is one of our newest assistants, but has quickly become an integral part of the team! Kate is currently in the vet tech program at App State, and has been in veterinary medicine for 3 years.

Kate's favorite part of vet med is the puzzle in finding out what the diagnosis is and how to help that patient. She also enjoys the great diversity of species that we see here at All Hearts.

In her off time, Kate loves spending time with her dog, Moose.

Day 3 of Vet Tech week, we'd like to highlight Lilli!

Lilli has been with the All Hearts team for a little over a year now, and she is currently enrolled in the veterinary technician program at Gaston College. She has B.S. in Animal Science from NC State.

Lilli is an integral part of the team here; you will see her working anywhere from helping doctors in rooms to helping out at the front desk. Lilli has come to love seeing a variety of species every day.

Lilli has a love for large animals and ducks, but an even bigger love for her corgis. When she's not at work she is directing the children's choir at her local church.

Our next highlight for Vet Tech Week is Lauren!!!

Lauren is one of our amazing veterinary assistants, and is currently enrolled in the vet tech program through Penn Foster. Lauren has been involved in vet med for 10 years, working in several aspects of veterinary medicine from shelter med to general practice.

While she calls NC home, Lauren has lived all over the United States, from Florida to Alaska. Veterinary medicine runs in her blood, as she grew up with a family owned and operated veterinary practice.

Lauren enjoys everything exotic and surgery related, but her true passion lies in animal behavior.

When not sharing her passion for animals, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family (furry and human alike), Kayaking, and surfing.

Day one of vet tech week, we'd like to highlight our very own registered veterinary technician!!!

Paige is native to North Carolina and is a staple at All Hearts. She graduated the vet tech program at Gaston in 2017, but has been working in vet med for 9 years. She previously worked with Dr. Moe at another veterinary hospital, and joined the All Hearts team in 2022.

Paige has a passion for educating owners and you will often find her engrossed in helping people. She also has a love for phlebotomy and the science of diagnostics.

Outside of work, Paige has a love for travel and making memories with her husband, daughter, 3 dogs, and cat.

Y'all. My heart is overjoyed.

I am so thankful for this community that has come together to help out.

We have raised close to $3000 in just two days.

We delivered the first load of animal feed and supplies, and it will be distributed to farmers and ranches that need it.

Thanks to every single person involved, from those of you that donated money allowing us to fund this, to those of you that donated items and feed, and those of you that donated your time moving feed and hay.

We took up a total of 91 bags of animal feed - approximately 4500 lbs of feed! We had halters, feed buckets, as well as dog and cat food donated.

Thanks to Styers Family Feed & Supply, LLC who donated 1500 lbs of feed.

Thanks to Kendall and Leah Shull for providing 150 bales of great horse quality orchard grass hay at a greatly reduced cost.

Thanks to Lisa Edwards for donating another 50 bales of hay to feed livestock.

Thanks to everyone's generous donations, we plan to do this again. We will continue to be a drop off point for animal supplies that are needed and will get them to where they need to go! Any monetary donations that come in will continue to go to animal feed and medical supplies.

Alright All Hearts Family! It's time to gather together to raise some money! The Doctors are going to be taking hay and animal supplies up to the mountains this weekend. We are looking to raise $600-700 for hay.

We will take any other donations as well, like animal feed, pet food, etc.

You can either bring cash/supplies directly to the hospital, or call in monetary donations during business hours.

Accepting all the help we can get! Thank you for helping us support our friends and neighbors in the mountains during this devastating tragedy.
