we offer a 14 day health guarantee on sales. if anything happens within that time frame a refund or replacement will be offered unless owner negligence is clearly the cause. any health issues or deaths must be reported immediately, anything reported outside of 14 days will not be compensated for. accepted payment methods are cash, cashapp, venmo, and Facebook pay. Didn't want to have to make this post but here we are. Seller beware for Sara Jimmy Smith. I purchased a pair of pedigree rex from her. After a good bit of difficulty meeting I was finally able to pick up the buck from her. She had informed me prior to pickup that the mother of the doe and the whole litter would be culled due to Megacolon and that she would issue a refund. After talking a bit we decided to give the doe a chance to see if she got any better once weaned. I never received an update on her and my husband and I decided to pass because it wasn't worth the risk of future health issues. She did not bring the doe when we met for the buck. She did not bring the pedigree for the buck. And had not issued a refund for the doe. A week later I received the pedigree in email for the buck. Still no update on a refund or health status of the doe. She has since blocked me and declined my refund request for the doe. So i did not receive the rabbit or a refund.
