Starting tomorrow 4/23, a late fee will be applied for pickups. I send a text message 15 minutes before the bath is finished. If I wait an additional 15 minutes after the text, there will be a $10 late fee. If the delay is 30 minutes, the fee will be $30. It is not fair for your dog to get 1 on 1 time and have a comfortable bath but the next client to not have the same relaxation!
