HELP WANTED
SPLASH is looking for part-time team members that have a desire to work with and around animals. Position will require working with cash register, assisting customers, and cleaning. The following are the requirements we are looking for:

*Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
*Must have some cash handling experience and know basic math.
*Must have excellent customer service skills.
*Must know how to follow instructions.
*Knowledge of dogs & cats helpful.
*Willing to train the right person.

We are open today until 4pm. We have decided to open a little earlier next week so that everyone has a little extra time to get in and get your pups all cleaned up, just in time for Thanksgiving.
So, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, we will be open 9-6. We will be open 10-6 on Black Friday and 10-5 on Shop Small Saturday.

We are starting to get busier for the Thanksgiving holiday next week so be sure to get in early to get your furbabies cleaned up. We are open @ 10 all this week, including Thursday! We will close @ 6pm, except Thursday will be closing @ 4pm. Saturday we will be open 10-5. Our last wash is 30 minutes before closing. This allows you time to bathe your dog, without being rushed, and us time to clean up. Thank you. 😊

Since the Victor recall was announced, we have been bombarded with questions as to which dog food to switch to. Honestly, there is no "one" dog food for every dog. It all depends on the individual dog, their activity level, age, and what proteins their body can/can't tolerate. So, we ask lotsa questions.
In an effort to transition everyone over to another brand, that is similar in meat protein and protein levels, we have brought in a few new items.
We have always carried NutriSource dog & cat food and now we're just going to expand our offerings of this brand. We have brought in their Performance and Super Performance foods. Performance is a 30/20 protein/fat and the Super Performance is a 32/21. Both are chicken based, grain inclusive and 40 # bags. We also have a LB Grain Free Chicken/Pea in a 30 # bag.
We also brought in some Canidae CA-30 & CA20. The CA-30 is salmon/veggies and the CA-20 is chicken based. Both grain inclusive and 25 # bags.
I am on the lookout for other products that we can substitute for the interim, so continue to follow us and I'll post more suggestions just as soon as I find them.
I know this alot of information to take in so if you have questions, please feel free to come in and we can help you find a food that is most appropriate for your dog(s).

So, we've had a few calls about the VICTOR dog food recall, and we first posted that only the Beef formula had been recalled, but yesterday we got word that all of the formulas have been recalled by the FDA. This is a voluntary recall and Victor has closed their warehouse for at least 2 weeks and is thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing their facility. We don't yet have an ETA on when they will be back in production either. We were instructed to immediately remove all product from our shelves and to dispose of it. We are doing our best to find a comparable dog food brand to substitute until production is back up and running. If you have recently purchased any Victor dog food from SPLASH, please stop in and we will do our best to transition you to a different brand and/or give you a refund. DO NOT bring the food back to SPLASH. If you have your receipt, that will be helpful in processing a refund.

We are very much aware of this recall and have personally checked all bags of the Victor Beef dog food in question and am happy to report that we never had any of the recalled product in our store, nor has any of it been delivered to this area. Please be assured that we have your dog's best interest at heart and we thank you for your trust.
