Equestrian Welcome, We are a open horse show association in Jackson and DeKalb Counties in Northeast Alabama.

Rosalie Saddle Club, DeKalb Saddle Club, and Jackson-DeKalb Saddle Club. We are a charter member of the Alabama Open Horseman Association in Montgomery AL.

When- Sunday July 23, 2023 @ 3:00 EST....2:00 CST
Where- Dekalb County Saddle Club “Ider”
What you need to know:
Fees are due @ sign up
Classes- $25.00 each
Gate Tickets-$5.00 each...Each rider must purchase at least 1 Grounds fees- $40.00 per horse. 1 horse per stable
Tack Stalls-$100 “optional add on”
What to bring:
You must bring a copy of current Coggins which is good until after the State Show.
You must show in 6 shows to qualify for State.
You must be a member of a saddle club in the association.
Reminder-To be a member of a saddle club you MUST get working hours in for the year It takes us all working to have successful shows

😭😭Horse Show is cancelled! 😭😭
They tried working the arena this afternoon but there’s no way to get it safe enough for the horses and riders!
Sorry for the inconvenience but we don’t want to take a chance on hurting our horses!

Due to the massive amounts of rain we’ve had this week we are not going to be able to dry out the arena for the show Saturday.
Next week was our Open makeup show date. So we will be having a makeup show next weekend weather permitting.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience but we have to do what is best for everyone’s safety (and the safety of the horses)! They are more than just horses, they are family 🥰
Good Lord willing we’ll see you all next weekend! Love you guys 🤠
