As I look at my daughter in this picture celebrating her friends “quince”, my heart is so full because of their beauty and their future. The children of Uvalde and the town of Uvalde, Tx were hurt and healing will take a lifetime for those affected.
This is a product I use to stay healthy all season with my family . Given that I’ve had surgery, and I want to stay as healthy as possible through recovery, I’m using this amazing product for not just me, but for the entire family hills

Current situation: had a rotator cuff tear since last December and at this point I had to have surgery because my Physical therapy and cortisone shot didn’t work.
Kim’s dog walking club will be back to business eventually. Pandemic and injury won’t keep us down.

Zen moment after the fall.

The dog peed in the elevator and your iPhone screen cracked.
What do you do? I just had a zen moment and will continue to try to push through what apparently is the universe screwing around with me.

Many people I meet say they would love to get a dog, but don’t have time to walk them. I hear that and understand what that looks like because I have 3 kids, a small business, and a little dog that can’t hold his urine for longer than 5 hours. It takes quite a bit of juggling in my schedule to get things taken care of for everyone, and sometimes, I let my dog out in the backyard hoping he will see the neighbors dogs and run around with Shadow the poodle he calls friend.
I have to admit that I love looking out my bedroom window seeing him have fun, but that means I need to step away from whatever I’m doing to focus on him. Sometimes I really wish there were 2 more of me. Can you relate?
The point is don’t be perfect, but do strive to get those walks in with your puppy or dog. Chances are your dog is sleeping while you are away and a walk can provide very important mental stimulation for a dog. Toys don’t give our pets what they need. Yes, I do agree that when we play with our pet or someone in the family plays with the dog, he will get closer and bond with that person. This is extremely important! Don’t discount whatever time you have to play with your loved one, your dog.
Physical stimulation and mental stimulation are key to a dogs behavior. That’s right folks, our dogs need both, just as we do. And it has to occur on a daily basis. Improvements in all areas of a dogs health can be had in just 30 minutes twice a day, with a smaller walk in between.
We are all busy and I truly understand. Do yourself a favor and walk your loved one once a day and hire a dog walker for at least the Monday thru Friday grind. If your schedule doesn’t call for you to be working Monday thru Friday, adjust accordingly.
But here’s my challenge: take your dog out for a morning walk instead of letting them out in the backyard. And spend 15 minutes of your day...that’s it. Then do a midday yard relief. And finally do a 15 minute walk after work and do it right away to knock it out. At bedtime, do yard relief.
Send me a message and let me know what the results are and if you noticed any changes. And if you don’t have the time, please give us a call. We are dog lovers, and animal lovers, and we understand, sometimes you need help. Know that we are here for you.
