New procedures for drop off, pickup and payment. Please review.

Please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in you household are ill.

1. As always, make sure your dog relieved themselves before dropping off.

2. Arrive on time. Park in one of our designated spots. (If available)

3. Leave your dog in the car while you retrieve one of our leashes hanging next to parking sign.

4. Return to your car. Remove ALL COLLARS from your dog and place our lead SECURELY around dogs neck.

5. Bring your dog to the door and wait on the sidewalk. Someone will be there shortly. Please keep conversation to a minimum. Simply pass the leash. If you’re holding your dog, set it down and pass the leash. For multiple dogs repeat this process. Do not attempt to do two at once.

6. When picking up please arrive on time and wait at the door. We will bring your dog to you. After securing your dog in your car please return our leash to the hanger next to parking sign.

7. Contactless payment may be done via:

Please familiarize yourself with one of these methods before your appointment.
Follow up appointments will be made via text.

We are taking great measures to minimize exposure for you and your pet. This means taking a fewer dogs with a shorter turn around time. It’s essential you adhere to the drop off pick up times of your appointment so we can keep the rotation going smoothly. Regrettably doing fewer dogs will likely force us to increase prices in order to sustain this long term.

If you experience any difficulties please send us a text or leave a voicemail. We want you to feel comfortable and safe bringing your beloved pet to Fur Bee. We appreciate you!🐾

We are working with our established customers to resume a modified schedule. In order to maintain social distancing and safety we will be doing some things differently. With your help we think these changes will easily become routine. Please take the time to read the following.
