Good morning everyone! Sorry for delays in response, my little family unfortunately got hit with the stomach virus/flu. I will be working on getting back to everyone over the next few days as quickly as I can.

** I'm currently putting a hold on adding new customers untill I can get to all those who have already sent in requests. I have had alot of new requests and as much as I'd like to get to everyone in a timely fashion, it's just me πŸ˜† so please be patient ❀️🐾 thanks!

Hey everyone!! I just wanted to make a post as I've had alot of inquiries for making appointments for January. I'm in the process of setting available dates/routes for 2023. Happy Sunday everyone! I'm finally back up and running πŸ’―!
It has been a doozy the last month. I had Venmo, Facebook & phone be compromised. I wasn't able to respond to messages or wasn't getting them. πŸ˜” I've gotten a new phone and unless you have messaged me through the MoeGo scheduler # it's more than likely I never got it. I make every effort to respond within 24hrs so if you didn't get a response, please reach out again! My business, Personal page & Venmo account have unfortunately been compromised. Im working with Facebook & Venmo to get this resolved as soon as possible. For the time being, I am unable to read/ respond to Facebook messages. My Venmo account has been suspended pending investigation on their end.. I do not have a time frame on that. This is incredibly frustrating and upsetting. I do apologize for those who pay through Venmo. At this time I'll continue to offer Square, Zelle or Cash. If you need me, please text me or message through the schedule program. Thank you.

***UPDATE::Finally got ahold of someone from Venmo. They have/will be keeping my account frozen for 10-14days for safety purposes. Im thankful they have these policies in place as it makes me feel better knowing we all are protected in the long run.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for being patient as I've worked through getting those rescheduled from the breakdown/hurricane weeks!
Now that im caught up with those, im working on all other requests received. 🐾
I also want to remind everyone the holidays are fast approaching and if you're not on a recurring schedule, to reach out to me quickly to not miss the opportunity to get your pet looking their best for the holidays ❀️🐾 I will not be taking on new clients after 10/31 so as to make sure current clients have the availability during November & December. Hey everyone! Just wanted to update everyone on where we're at with repairs! Issue should be resolved in the next day or 2. I was looking at around 2 weeks down but my incredible husband has worked tirelessly to help get me back on the road asap! Thank you to everyone for being understanding and supportive! Pardon the appearance of the bus for the next week or so. We're in the process of stripping her down to spruce her up on the outside! Previous owner did a home job on the paint and its not very pretty πŸ₯Ί we started the process this weekend and found some cool stripes under all the funky paint! πŸ˜‰β€οΈπŸΎ

If you have a few bucks to spare, please consider donating to this incredible rescue group. 🐾 I adopted my own little orange kitty from her 7 years ago and Ana's mission is one I stand behind when it comes to a rescue group. She goes to rural shelters where they dont have proper exposure for best chances at adoption or that they may need medical treatment and a little tlc from a foster home before heading to adoptions. ❀️🐾

Good morning and Happy Sunday!!!
Theres going to be a few changes to how we schedule and set areas will be in place for certain days of the week. Im having to do this in order to optimize routes, makes things more efficient on time frames and also to help with keeping costs down. With that being said, gas has gone up and I know we all are feeling it at the pump πŸ˜” and also the increase on supplies.
So effective immediately there will be a $5 increase on all pets/services. There will also be a 50% of service charge(will be added to next service/appointment)applied to any services not canceled/rescheduled 24hrs before appointment. I send out reminders 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, so make sure to confirm or decline it.
Im still finalizing the routes and will have that in place to be effective July 1st. Things take time as appointments have been set through June. So for your next reschedule it may potentially be off a week. I appreciate everyone's understanding & patience since my surgery as things have been off or delayed. Im working hard to get everyone in asap and back to the normal response times. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me and ill answer as soon as possible! Thanks as always for choosing me to be your groomer and allowing me to work with your pet(s) ❀️❀️❀️
