We had a meeting at City Hall yesterday to meet the new Jamestown Mayor and learn more about her administration as well as to have a conversation about the c@nnab!s industry. We had the opportunity to introduce ourselves, inform the mayor of our plans for Jamestown, express our needs from our local government, as well as letting them know that we are here to help and guide the industry in a positive direction. We felt the meeting went well and that we have a mutual understanding of what all of our expectations are. We've all been working so hard for 3 years now and we'll continue to do so as the industry unfolds here in Jamestown soon.

It was nice to be able to just have an in-person conversation about concerns, goals, and reinforce that we are just community members looking to help make a difference in Jamestown. There's enough struggles in the c@nnab!s industry so it makes a world of difference to have the support of your local municipalities and community members. H**p harvest #5.5! Sour Space Candy CBD is a new strain we added from Oregon CBD seeds. Being these are from seed, we are phenohunting the best traits and characteristics to carry over to new rounds of CBD h**p flower. Can't wait to get it in a store near you!

Being that Ryan is a landlord, we make our own plant tags from broken blinds since old broken blinds tend to get left behind. We at least try to give them another life rather than throwing them away ♻️

“State-legal cannabis sales continue to provide significant economic benefits. With over $20 billion generated in adult-use cannabis tax revenue since the first sales began, the legal cannabis industry is providing much-needed funding for crucial services and programs in states across the country. Additionally, the implementation of adult-use cannabis markets has spurred significant job growth, creating hundreds of thousands of new employment opportunities, along with thousands of new small businesses," said Karen O’Keefe, director of state policies at the Ma*****na Policy Project.

“In many states with legal, adult-use cannabis sales, tax revenues are allocated for social services and programs,” the report’s authors acknowledged. “This includes funding education, school construction, early literacy, public libraries, bullying prevention, behavioral health, alcohol and drug treatment, veterans’ services, conservation, job training, conviction expungement expenses, and reinvestment in communities that have been disproportionately affected by the war on cannabis, among many others.”

For each dispensary that opens in Jamestown, the city of Jamestown will be able to collect 3% of tax revenue from sales and devote it to allocated social services and programs. Chautauqua county's sales tax revenue dipped in the first quarter of this year and hopefully soon, legal c@nnabis businesses can help! Only the municipalities that opted in will receive the tax revenue (so Lakewood, Falconer, etc. will not receive the tax revenue from the legal c@annbis market if they opted out.)

We had a fun little trip over to eastern NY for the Growers Cup! Thank you Nicole and her crew for setting this event up to give us all a chance to connect and learn more together 🙌🏽

No trip of ours is complete without an outdoor adventure especially after a long year 🏞️ We got a little trout fishing in and some snowboarding in Vermont 💙 While it was cloudy during totality, the eclipse was an absolute phenomenal experience! It was all exactly what we needed!

Step up NY and take care of the farmers you put on the front line of your legal industry before it's too late ☠️ We're talking about our small farmers, friends and neighbors who are the backbone to this industry. They put everything on the line and the state hasn't held up their end of the bargain. Please share and please let your government know you support small farmers!

Who would've thought even a few years ago that SUNY colleges would be offering c@nnabis courses and curriculums? We've come a long way, but there's still a long way to go and it all starts and continues with education.

Last week, we hosted students from who are enrolled in the Biotechnological Sciense degree program in a course called 'The Production of C@nnabis Products" to learn more about our h**p production. It was great to see how many students were eager to learn more about the plant and the industry. We gave them a run-through of our h**p production from clones to flower and a walk through of our mushroom production and how we try to create a symbiotic relationship between the two. The more people we can educate, the further we can get from the stigma. We're grateful for the opportunity to help enlighten and inspire students to seek careers in the c@nnabis industry 💙

You can find our h**p flower in Elevate Packaging compostable bags!

Mylar bags are cheaper, but the cost to the planet is not. Mylar is plastic, not biodegradable and not easily recycled. Most local recycling centers don't have the ability or choose not to recycle Mylar which means they end up in the landfill or blow into our waterways.

Happy Global Recycling Day! We strive to be as green as possible. In fact, that is one of the reasons we chose our name.

We were stoked to have a visit from another Cornell University Specialist last week! Judson Reid is the Vegetable Specialist with the Cornell Vegetable Program and Team Leader for Harvest NY. He oversees research and outreach programs on vegetable production, local foods, urban agriculture, and more. These include projects to analyze biological pest control, grafting, cover crops, and nutrient management in greenhouse vegetables.

We met Judd at Cornell's H**p Field Day we attended the past couple of years along with Daniela Vergara and they are such wonderful resources! Judd was also a presenter several times during the OCM Cannabis Compliance and Mentorship Training program that we were a part of last year. Appreciate Judd taking the time to come check out our indoor farm 🌱

Thank you Niagara County Community College and Melissa Moore for organizing another incredible SUNY C@nnabis Conference! The day was packed full of valuable information and inspiration. We love that they start the conference with science-backed and clinical trial results from the leading medical professionals at Dent Neurologic Institute about how c@nnabis is helping people around the world. Hearing the story of Dr. Lazlo on how he was once a sceptic doctor has completely reversed his opinion and is leading the charge on ending the stigma because he had patient aftet patient tell him how much the plant has changed their lives for the better reassures that we are all doing something to truly make a difference. We were also blown away by the work Daniela Vergara is doing at Cornell University, she is putting out papers and research that are shaping the future of our industry.

The Soil King Legends of Legacy panel featured all the industry OGs that have fought relentlessly and continue to fight for the plant over many decades and we wouldn't be where we are today with legalization if it weren't for them. We appreciate their honesty and willingness to help us not make the same mistakes they did and what we can do better moving forward to fight corporate w33d and politics. The takeaway is to come together as a community, to stick together, to fight together and to remember the one thing that brings us all together - the plant and one love. Thank you all!

We want to give a special thanks to our friends at The Releaf Market LLC for donating this bat of insulation they didn't need from their space! This was such a huge help for getting our ceiling closer to the finish line!

We're glad we could repurpose some material rather than it going unused or thrown out in some cases. We're always on the lookout on how we can be more mindful choosing the materials we need and I guess this is one of the positive outlooks on the state taking so long is that we have been able to take our time finding supplies we can reuse rather than buying new.

What a wild year it has been. After over 2 years of planning and preparation, we were finally able to submit our cultivation application in October. The state decided last minute to cap the amount of licenses and put us in a lottery rather than a scoring system this round. It was pretty disheartening to hear because if we don't end up somewhere near the top of the que, the chances become pretty slim to get in this round. Nevertheless, we will continue to pivot and chase our dreams and when the universe lines things up, we will give it our all.

While it felt chaotic and overwhelming at times, we had a pretty good year overall.

❄️ We sold out of all of our last few rounds of h**p C🐝D and CBG flower! We're grateful for our partnerships with retail stores like , , .wny, and to carry and promote our flower. And we're very thankful for all the customers that have supported us and bought our flower! We've heard that people are using it for ailments such as biopolar disorder, gut issues, help with quitting smoking ci******es, use for focus and mood. We're glad to be helping people 💙

❄️ We harvested our 4th round of h**p and it's being packaged up now and we added a new strain for our 5th round. Growing h**p had been a great overall for getting our space ready.

❄️ We sold well over 1,000lbs of our gourmet mushrooms! We had a great summer at the promoting our brands and selling our products. We talked to a lot of people about C🐝B and it's benefits, folks loved our mushrooms (especially Lion's Mane), and we grew lots of microgreens, micro tomatoes, and house plants. We're thankful for the local restaurants that buy our mushrooms weekly for their menu!

❄️ We are 3/4 of the way done with our next phase of construction for flower room #2 thanks to our friends and family's help.

There's a lot to be thankful for and a lot of hard work behind it. We appreciate all the love and support so far and look forward to what the new year and near future may hold. We wish you all the very best in the new year and hope you had a wonderful holiday season overall!

We are trucking along with the next building phase of building out flower room #2! Thanks to friends keeping an eye out on auctions and Marketplace, we scored some great deals on a metal door and metal roofing for our ceiling! Special thanks to Black Cherry Tattoo Co. for donating insulation they didn't need from their studio construction 🙌🏽

We are in need of more insulation though before we can finish putting up the ceiling so we wanted to throw it out there if anyone has any insulation left over from a job that we can purchase or if you see something online for gently used insulation we can repurpose, we'd greatly appreciate it!

We're doing our best to keep moving forward while we wait to hear back about licensing from the state and we appreciate everyone's support and encouragement 💙
