Reef Escapes has been operating in Jonesboro since 2007 under the ownership of Chuck Vaughan. We do specialize in saltwater. We also carry equipment for every aquarium and outdoor pond need in the retail store. We will special order anything you need. Although we are an aquatics shop it is not uncommon for our customers to order birds, reptiles, etc. The majority of our maintenance clientele is re

sidential but we also maintain a few public displays. Reef Escapes designed the 180-gallon aquarium at Arkansas State University. Other public aquariums can be seen at NEA Pediatrics on Matthews and The Public Library. Reef Escapes has excellent references within the city. We are very proud of the living art displays that we design and maintain. With a strong science foundation, Reef Escapes is in the position to care for captive aquaria like no one else in the area. The owner graduated from Arkansas State University with Pre-Professional B.S. in Biology and has studied/cared for coral reef aquaria for a very long time. Coral reef biologists and aquarists may help to restore the natural reef ecosystems by preserving what is already rapidly declining.
