This week’s throw Back Thursday belongs to the late, great WCC WC Grey Ridge Wildcat winning the Open Park Qualifier and Championship at JD Massey Classic in 2019! Bred by Grey Ridge Farm. We miss this grand horse but we are grateful for several wonderful years with him, including his last performance in 2021 where he went on to win Open Park World Champion with Susan Swope! Thank you, “Oscar” for all the fun, cheers to you!

to WCC WC Dheir to Tango’s debut in the harness division! Renamed by Susan, previously Carolina Topcat, “Peach” was purchased at Freedom Hall in 2020 from Grant Shiflet after being crowned Reserve World Champion Three Year Old, Three Gaited horse. When it became clear that “Peach” would be a star in the harness division as well, the Cowart’s and Susan decided to debut her at JD Massey and the rest as they say is history! She has gone on to win four Ladies Harness World Championships! Thinking outside the box is something we love to do here at Swope Equine!
